Pay: £15.66 per hour, £36,644.40 per year equivalent at 45 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term 6 months, Full-time. 45 hours per week
Location: A choice between York (Harewood Whin), Thirsk or Richmond (Tancred Transfer Station)

About You
As a Chain Skip Truck Driver, you will demonstrate great navigational skills, servicing our customers across all North Yorkshire.
You will be a positive and enthusiastic person, able to adapt to operational obstacles that may arise in varying weather conditions. You will understand how to work safely and in accordance with regulation and legislation to be part of a Company that received five stars in the Occupational Health and Safety Audit conducted by the British Safety Council.
You can demonstrate great communication skills, speaking regularly with our transport planners and customers to help deliver an efficient and friendly service. You will demonstrate good organisational skills, good management of personal workload and knowledge of keeping to schedules and routes. You may be asked on occasion to help with other routes if required to support the wider team across North Yorkshire.
This is a fixed term role of 6 months, full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day with early starts of 5 or 6 AM.
Essential Qualifications
· Category C Drivers Licence with no current or historical driving disqualifications
· Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
