Are you a positive and enthusiastic individual looking for a customer-focused role in a small and friendly environment?
Yorwaste are proud to welcome a Customer Service Advisor to help us on a fixed-term basis to deliver first-class customer service to our valued customers and colleagues. In this role, you will engage with both new and existing customers via telephone and email, often being the first point of contact at Yorwaste and setting an example of our organisation.
You will be a key player in our customers’ journey, collaborating closely with Account Managers and Field Sales Executives to meet and exceed our customers’ needs and expectations. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will aid in keeping clear and consistent information to our colleagues and clients, helping us to achieve our wider business objectives.
We are looking for someone who is well organised, with the ability to manage a large number of tasks, be able to prioritise their workload and meet deadlines. You will be confident working on your own, as well as part of a multi-functional team, with the ability to influence, empower and motivate colleagues and stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
- IT proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as other communication systems
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements in the workplace
- Understanding of multi-functional operations within a diverse and multi-skilled workforce
- Ability to comply with company policy and legislation.
