How do we do it – The implementation

Most favoured graph thumbnailOur fundamental approach is to seek to develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our customers. The essential component to this partnership is to undertake a waste audit, ascertain a base position and then jointly formulate a unique waste strategy. This waste strategy is very clearly aligned to our customers environmental and business objectives, any legislative and agency requirements, whilst working within any budgetary boundaries. The strategy incorporates very specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timed targets. If required we can facilitate internal work groups and identify key people to champion your strategy. Pivotal to the partnership is the reporting mechanism. Our IT systems can provide a 360 degree assessment and provide clear audit trails and regular management reporting. Finally, not resting on our laurels we can then implement a continuous improvement plan by periodically reviewing the partnership and identify new opportunities to minimise, reuse or recycle more materials.

A long term partnership – Certainty and future proof

Recycling imageThe strength of our balance sheet allows us to continue to invest significantly in new services and technologies that help our customers to reduce, reuse & recycle more of their materials and move away from the traditionally higher cost segments of the waste hierarchy. It also provides some long term certainty and assurance to our customers and the confidence that we can adapt and change to any future developments within the sector and continue to provide excellent levels of service at a competitive price.
